Cannot submit - Carbon Capture Challenge

Any updates on this issue? I tested just now, still the same error when making submissions.

Furthermore, I used my team’s name as my user name in my account. However, it was changed back to my personal name by the system from time to time. It’s not done by me. I encountered this situation twice after I couldn’t make submissions.
